Modern technology for maximum efficiency

The Hänel Lean-Lift® not only impresses because of its looks, but also due to its cutting-edge technology.

The stored material is protected behind a robust, lockable sliding door. Items can only be accessed following identification with an RFID tag. Once the user has been authenticated at the likewise red-colored Hänel MP 14 N controller, the required container is automatically brought to the access point at an ergonomic height. The Hänel Pick-o-Light® Vario is used to ensure that each item is found quickly and accurately. To do this, it uses a LED light spot to indicate the exact retrieval position directly on the container. Employees are visually supported in this way, thus speeding up access and reliably avoiding errors.

The Hänel Lean-Lift® optimizes the use of storage space at Snelcoating thanks to the integrated space-saving pitch and efficient vertical storage. The available floor-to-ceiling height is therefore optimally used and the capacity of the materials warehouse significantly increased.
