Order picking begins by scanning an item number. The Hänel Lean-Lifts® then automatically provide the required items at an ergonomic retrieval height.

Orders can be processed especially quickly thanks to parallel pre-positioning in the lifts. One employee can operate multiple lifts at the same time and therefore also pick large orders in the shortest possible time.

Precision with the Hänel Pick-o-Light® Vario

The Hänel Pick-o-Light® Vario supports order picking by marking the correct item with a LED light spot, thus ensuring unique and accurate retrieval. By delivering goods directly to the user, walking distances are minimized, search times reduced, and the efficiency of order picking further improved.

Optimized distribution processes

Once the items have been retrieved, they are assembled in transport crates for shipping directly in front of the lifts. This structured approach saves valuable time and ensures smooth processing of orders.
